My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time...may your memories bring you comfort. Doris had a piece of my heart and I will miss her.

To the entire Knight family I extend my sincere sympathy for the loss of your beloved Miss Doris. Although I never met Miss Doris, I knew of her from her son, Coleman, who had the greatest respect and love for his mother. I recall vividly that Coleman loved his mother's spirit and spunk, even though it could make dealing with her healthcare needs "challenging," and that sustained him when she entered this last phase of her life. Although Miss Doris' passing was not unexpected, the last good-bye is the hardest. She is at peace and I wish that you, her beloved family, find peace, in time, and comfort from all the wonderful memories she has left behind.
