Helen, Tracy, Jill and "Gremlins" I was so sorry to hear of the passing of our beloved "Grumpy". Dave was the epitome of a gentleman and is part of the happiest memories of our family´s life. Having the Stephens as our neighbor for so many years was a gift and they made our daughter feel she had grandparents right next door. All you can ask at the end of life is that you made a positive impact on the people around you and Dave certainly did that. His kindness, humor and class made an impact on the Coggin family. My heart breaks for your great loss. Love and prayers to Helen and his beautiful family, Heather
