SIMMONS, Daniel Entered into eternal rest on March 27, 2009, Daniel Simmons. Residence, Summerville, SC. The relatives and friends are invited to attend his graveside funeral service in Summerville Cemetery Sunday, March 29, 2009, at two o'clock. Friends may call at Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road, N. Charleston, Sunday between twelve noon and one thirty o'clock. Mr. Simmons was born June 28, 1934 in Brooklyn, New York, a son of the late Louis and Rose Brown Simmons. He was a member and shop steward of Painters Union #DC 9 and served in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his daughters, Robin Faith Simmons Ball of Summerville and Stacey Lynn Simmons of Missoula, MT; a brother, Mac Simmons of Massapequa, NY; a sister, Bernice Simmons of Brooklyn, NY; and four grandchildren, Jessica Rose, Rebecca Ashley, Ryan James and Kimberley Randi.
