Dan was a true joy to have around and he just made everyone he met feel good. I had a special place in my heart for Dan because I, too, am originally from NJ and it was so nice to be able to chat with him about "back home". He was such an asset to our parish and he is sorely missed. May God bless Dan and I'm sure he is praying of all of us at St. Theresa's.

It was always a warm feeling to see Dan standing near the altar, smiling out at all of us on Saturday nights and Sunday mornings. We feel very sad that he will no longer be with us. But we know that he will continue to smile from heaven, especially since he is now with God and they are happy together.

Our memories of Dan will live on forever. How lucky we were to have him with us; what joys he brought with him. The choir of angels has been increased by one.

Dan was my brother. His laugh and smile will be greatly missed but I am comforted that he is smiling and walking with Christ. He always thought of others above self. His love for us was not of this world. It was so genuine. We laughed once about a prayer I always had that God somehow would let me know exactly what Jesus looked like. Dan got a kick out of that. Thank you God for answering my prayer.

Go my brother and prepare a place for me as well. I live in hope of laughing with you in paradise and maybe then we can 'walk the bridge.' This world was never designed for anyone as beautiful as you.

Every time I saw Dan, he had such a beautiful smile and a great personality. This is how I shall remember him standing so proud on the alter smiling every time you would look up at him. He will be missed by many but never forgotten.

We Love You and God Bless You.
