My heart is saddened by this news. I don't get the paper so I did not know and did not get to pay my final respects. Connie you were one of the most outstanding ladies I ever had the privilege to know. Your influence during my young and teenage years helped to mold me into the person I am today. I am forever grateful for your friendship, guidance, and your love. You will forever be in my heart. GOD has gained a beautiful angel.

Coach Tucker taught me how important conditioning was and the importance of not saying the word can't. I remember all the skills she made us repeat over and over. As a child, I hated it. As a teacher and coach, I did the same thing to my athletes. She will always have a special memory in my heart. I am so sorry for her loss especially for her best friend, Ms. Smith. Both of you made an impact on so many lives and you taught not only sport skills but life skills as well. May you have the wonderful memories she gave you and hopefully they will put a big smile on your face. Blessings.

I worked with Connie at Hanahan Middle School and had the greatest respect for her as an educator and as a human being. I have fond memories of her kindness and her dry sense of humor. Hermine, I am especially thinking of you and the gap Connie's passing leaves in your life. But filling that gap with your wonderful memories of her and the good times you all had will surely bring comfort. My condolences to family and friends.

Aunt Connie has always been a special member of our family. There are many fond memories of times spent with her. I would like to thank her for helping Aunt Tootsie teach my sister and me how to water ski. Looking back I know it took a lot of patience and teaching skills. You will be missed.

I first met Connie in 1957 - where we were co-counselors at a summer camp in Vermont. We've kept in touch all these years and I'll certainly miss her smiling face, her positive attitude and her willingness to help and advise. We are so sorry that we cannot make it down in time for Friday! Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and those who loved her. She was so special.
