Mrs. Kauffman I just learned of the passing of Topher. I only knew him for a very short time and admired him for his love of his family. I found Topher when he listed and sold my sister's house in three short days October 13, 2017. Topher came to the house in his Porsche and told me how his father gave him the name Topher because there were to many kids in his school named Christopher. He was so thrilled with his new family. I found Topher to be very intelligent, hard working, honest and sincere. My prayers are for you, Logan and Aurora

Our families are just finding out about this as we have moved out of the area our condolences to his family and friends, just in the short time that we´d had to know him as a realtor, he spoke immediately who he was in the love that he had for his family And life he was true to his word and cared about what he was doing and would say to me let´s get this sold I need diaper money lol and that come from conversations that we had about his children and my grandchildren and great grandchildren at my age I would see him fly off I only had a piece of his energy, how great it would be was my thought he made life lighter for us We are very sorry for your lost, prayers your way

The many hours I spent with Topher adorning his many art pieces, lead to a deep understanding of who he was. His wife and kids were the most important things in his life. The adoration for them was apparent in our conversations. A hard worker with integrity and deep passion for all the things he loved and kept close to his heart. I got to learn of a softer side not many got to witness. There was true pride and joy that would show on his face when he talked about his kids and wife. I know he will be missed and my prayers go out to his family. They are losing a great father and husband.
