Charles Robbins Obituary

Charles Robbins Huntsville, AL - Charles Durham Robbins, 94, of Huntsville, AL, passed away Saturday, November 7, 2015. Funeral services will be Friday, November 13, 2015 at 2:30 PM in Parks Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Summerville Cemetery. Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to American Heart Association, 4217 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, VA 23060-9979. Charles was born July 28, 1921 in Lumberton, NC, a son of the late Martin Brent Robbins and Virginia Lassiter Robbins. He retired from K-Mart Corporation as a District Store Manager. He was a member of the US Army, and veteran of WWII. Charles is survived by two sons, Charles D. Robbins, Jr. of Yulee, FL and John H. Robbins of Huntsville, AL; one brother, William Robbins of San Antonio, TX; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
