I loved Sister Carmelita and cared for her when she was at OLM convent. She always had a smile on her face and her laugh was contagious. She was truly a blessing to anyone she touched. I am glad we were able to speak on the phone before her becoming one of God's angels. So many memories. We used to go out to a little pizza place in Mount Pleasant after her doctor's appointments. I know my little niece, Alaina will miss her. She loved her so.
Sr. Carmelita help me so many times with her spiritual guidance also. She definitely made an impact on my spirituality and guiding me, through her prayers to become stronger in my faith and love of God to becoming who I am today ..a disciple of God. I love you and will miss you but will see you again some day.Julie Batista

Sister Carmelita, visited mom (Linda Aydlette) and dad (Derwood/Woody Aydlette) for weekly communion after dad had his leg removed. Mom was just telling me how kind and sweet she was. May you be wrapped in God's comfort that you offer others.
