Carl Bunch Summerville - Carl Gilbert Bunch, 87, of Summerville, husband of Audrey Ford Bunch, passed away Monday, November 26, 2018. Funeral Services will be held Friday, November 30, 2018 at Parks Funeral Home Chapel at 1 o'clock. Burial will follow at Boone Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Parks Funeral Home Friday from 11 o'clock until time of service. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to The Fisher House, P.O.Box 1678 Charleston SC 29402. Carl was born August 23, 1931 in Summerville, SC, a son of the late George Madison Bunch and Ellen N. Woods Bunch. He was a veteran of the US Army National Guard. He was retired from Polaris Missile Base where he was a Missile Handler. Carl enjoyed hunting and fishing, loved his family, his church, his country and the Summerville Greenwave. He never met a stranger. Survivors include his loving wife of 40 years, Audrey Bunch of Summerville; three daughters, Sandra B. Bell, Nancy B. Richardson (David), Robin B. Ewers (Bill); three stepdaughters, Debra Barton, Nancy Lee, Vicki Davis, all of Summerville; 14 grandchildren, Amy Overcash, Haley Bell, Phillip Connelley, Amanda Jackson, Thomas Richardson, Melissa Whack, Dan C. Taylor, IV, Lauren Hayes, Haley Ewers, Savannah Lee, T.J. Davis, Debra Hamilton, James C. Counts, and Austin Counts; and 19 great-grandchildren.
