I had the true pleasure of working for Major Googe and it was an honor he was a great leader. He will be missed. I am sorry for this sad loss.

I was contacted by my former Charleston County partner this morning telling me the passing of Bobby. When I transferred from North Charleston PD to the county he was the first sergeant I had the privilege to work with. His keen wit and kind smile will last in my memory forever. From my family to yours I express sorrow for your loss.

Anne, Chip, Sandy, and Betty - we were very sad to hear of Bobby's passing this morning. His suffering on this earth is finished and peace is his at last. Bobby was a good man with whom we were very happy to share good band times, good Georgianna get-together times, and good family times. His ready smile and wit will surely be missed by many.
