Billy is my brother. He has the biggest most compassionate heart of anyone that I know. He is an amazing man, a son , brother , father, uncle, nephew, cousin and the best friend anyone could ever have. He touched so many lives in the best possible way. He never forgets anyone. He is cherished by everyone who knows him. He gave and helped everyone in need wholeheartedly without any hesitation no matter what he was doing. He is so skilled and talented with the most amazing sense of humor. No matter what the situation was he would always make you laugh and put a smile on your face. Our lives will never be the same without him. He is without a doubt our beloved angel in heaven who will always be in our hearts forever. I love and miss you so much my precious awesome baby brother. I will cherish you and your love forever. You are my hero....
