Billy Bryant Obituary
Funeral Services will be Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 1:30 PM at Heritage Holiness Church, 3836 Ladson Road. Burial will follow in Carolina Memorial Gardens, 7113 Rivers Avenue. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:30 until the time of service. Flowers are accepted.
Billy was born September 13, 1939 in Hemingway, SC, the son of the late Nollie Marvin Bryant and Mabel Byrdette Cribb Bryant. He retired from C & B Fire Department as a volunteer Fire Chief and was the past president of the Tri-county Fire Chiefs Association. He was also a deacon and current board member at Heritage Holiness Church and former Boy Scout leader of Troop 753. Billy honorably served in the United States Coast Guard from 1959 until 1967.
In addition to his wife, Patsy Bryant of Ladson, SC, Billy leaves behind his sons, Billy Ronald Bryant, Jr. (Cheri) of Summerville, SC, Edward Lee Bryant (Barbara) of Ladson, SC, and Paul A. Bryant (Kim) of Summerville, SC; sister, Margaret Walker of Ravenel, SC; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by his parents; sister, Virginia Ashmore; and a grandson, Edward Lee Bryant, Jr.
