My sincerest sympathy to the Harris family. I have had the honor and pleasure of knowing Ben since 1984.
Over the years, I had come to rely on his expertise and wisdom for our Company. Ben was a consummate gentleman with a great spirit.
I will always remember Ben with fond memories of working on Corporate matters as well as enjoying wonderful conversations on such a variety of topics.

Ben was a great influence on my early legal career. He was a great teacher but was firmly of the belief that the best way to become a good lawyer was through experience. Although I was still very junior, he didn't hesitate to let me take on responsibility and deal directly with clients. He was the first partner at E&A who worked closely with me and I'm thankful to this day that he had faith and confidence in me when he let me jump off the dock and into deep legal waters.
He will be missed.

I knew Ben from the countless hours he spent on the Women and Infants board of Trustees. He was the kindest and gentlest of people. May he rest in peace.
