Beatrice "Bea" Coletta Hill MT. PLEASANT - Beatrice "Bea" Coletta Hill of Mount Pleasant, SC (formerly of Charlotte, NC) died peacefully on May 24, 2016. Bea was born in Durham NC. She was the youngest daughter of the late Louis Anthony Coletta and the late Vincenzina Porcelli Coletta. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charlie Hill and her four sisters, Clara, Ann, Mary and Lydia. We know they all rejoiced and welcomed her home. Bea taught 2nd and 3rd grade for over 30 years with the Charlotte Mecklenburg school system. She touched the lives of many children. Her son, Chuck Hill, daughter, Robin Hill and many nieces and nephews would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the entire staff at Savanna Grace in Mount Pleasant for the loving, personal care they gave Bea all day, every day for 8 years. They all knew and loved her beautiful smile and her laughter. We especially want to thank Beverly Morris, who gave her time and love to Bea for many years. Beverly has been our rock.
