Audrey Austin Obituary

AUSTIN, Audrey Audrey C. Austin, 58, of York, wife of E. Ronald Austin, died Saturday, May 31, 2008, at Life Care Center of Charleston. Family and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Tuesday, June 3, 2008, at 1 o'clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel, 303 S. Main Street, Summerville. Entombment will follow at Dorchester Memory Gardens Mausoleum, 11000 Dorchester Road, Summerville. Visitation will be held Monday evening from 6 until 8 at the funeral home. Also, a memorial service will be held Wednesday, June 4, 2008, at 2 o'clock at Lakewood Baptist Church, Rock Hill, SC. Mrs. Austin was born July 27, 1949, in Conway, SC daughter of the late Aubrey T. and Golda Jordan Collins. She graduated from Conway High School and attended Coastal Carolina University in Myrtle Beach, SC. She was a former clerk with the York County Clerk of Court Office. Mrs. Austin was a member of Lakewood Baptist Church in Rock Hill, SC. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Lakewood Baptist Church Building Fund, 3520 Mount Gallant Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732. Survivors, including her husband, are one daughter; April A. Reeder and her husband Justin of Summerville; one sister; Marva Lee Hardee of Loris, SC and several nieces and nephews.
