Ashley Rush Baggett CHARLESTON - Ashley Rush Baggett, age 37, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 24, 2023. She was born in Media, Pennsylvania, on April 14, 1986. She graduated from Calvary High School in Vista, CA, and went on to The Paul Mitchell School in Charleston, SC. Her work as an event planner in the Charleston area was a reflection of Ashley's life. It brought her a sense of joy to see others gathering together and making memories. She loved life and all that it offered which she demonstrated with her amazing songwriting and singing gifts. She enjoyed family events and almost always graced such events with a beautiful song. Ashley loved her family and was so very proud of her daughter, Kylie Jean Baggett. Kylie was the love of her life, and she enjoyed watching her excel in every area of her life. She found great joy in their shared interest in dance and the arts. Ashley is survived by her father, Ed Rush Sr. of Doylestown, PA; step-mother, Trudy Rush; mother, Linda Levitan of The Villages, FL; step-father, Marc Levitan; siblings, Ed Rush Jr. of San Diego, CA, wife, Bonnie Rush, Michael Rush of Doylestown, PA, wife, Jennifer Rush, Shea Levitan of Charleston, SC, and Ryan and David Levitan of Phoenix, AZ. Nieces, Faith Rush, Caroline Rush, Julianna Rush, and JoJo Rush, and nephews, Jack Rush, Tommy Rush, Dean Rush. She was preceded in death by brother, Jeff Rush (2015). The service will be held at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at Grove United Methodist Church, 490 W. Boot Road, West Chester, PA 19380, where the family will receive guests at 11 a.m. After the service, there will be a reception to follow.
