PLEASANT - Entered eternal rest on Saturday, August 11, 2025, Reverend Alonza Horry, husband of Mrs. Virginia Moultrie Horry, father of Darrel Horry (Angela) and Tyron Horry, 14 Grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, son of the late Mr. Peter and Mrs. Beatrice Horlback Horry, brother of Geneva Gordon (Keith), Marylee Mazyck (Richard), Gene Horry (Catherine), Richard Horry (Phyliss), Isaiah Horry, Sr. (Stella), Ronald Horry (Deborah), Edward Horry, Sr. (Donna), Thomas Horry (Patricia), and Marvin Horry (Angela). The family and friends of Reverend Horry are invited to join us as we honor his life on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., in Greater Goodwill A.M.E. Church, Mount Pleasant, SC 29466. His final resting place is the church cemetery. The viewing will be held on Monday, August 18, 2025, from 3-5 p.m., at the funeral home. 6-8 p.m., at Goodwill A.M.E.
