Alice Hallmark
Eutawville, SC - Alice Smart Hallmark, 95, formerly of Charleston, S.C., passed away peacefully on December 16, 2025. Alice was born on July 27, 1930, in Charleston County, S.C. She was the youngest of six children born to George Henry Smart and Minerva DuBose Smart .Alice was an incredibly kind and generous person who spent a long career working as an RN. Over the years she opened her home to those who needed a place to stay while receiving treatment at MUSC. She enjoyed attending and being involved in Lighthouse Church of Mt. Pleasant and often brought friends with her to attend.
Alice is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Billy Bob Hallmark, and their two sons, David Hallmark and Clay Hallmark. She is survived in death by her only daughter, Karen Hallmark Griffin, six grandchildren, and four great grandchildren, as well as a caring and attentive extended family and friends. She will be forever loved and always remembered. No Services will be held at this time.

What a pleasure it was to know Alice & Billy & their family. They were truly such sweet, giving people. We miss them, but know that they are talking to the saints in heaven & we´ll see them, again. one day.
