Thelma Washington Obituary
On Sunday December 21, 2025; God in His infinite wisdom, called His daughter, Thelma Washington, 87, of Ladson, South Carolina formally from Awendaw, SC from labor to reward.
Celebration of life Service for Sis. Washington will be on Saturday, December 27, 2025 at 11 AM, Mt. Nebo AME church.
There will be viewing on Friday December 26, 2025 from 5-7 PM at Suburban Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment in the church cemetery.
The most precious memories of Sis. Thelma Washington will resound in the life of her beloved children; Bruce Washington Sr., Shirlene (Joseph) Washington-Mack, and Denise Yvoone Washington. A special person like a daughter; Sylvia Facine. Eleven grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, siblings; Herbert Whiteside and Albertha (Edward) Goodwine, sisters in law; Margaret Tention, and Elizabeth Whiteside. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
On behalf of this bereaved family, we humbly solicit all prayers of consolation and comfort as they transition through this difficult time.
