Sallie Cawley
Soddy-Daisy, TN - Sallie Mae Cawley, 88, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2014. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Soddy-Daisy and the Dorcas Sunday School Class. Sallie was a very loving mom, grandmother, great- grandmother, aunt and sister. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon R. Crawley; parents, Wyman and Lucy Seigler and brother, Claude Seigler.
Survivors include her son, Glenn (Karen) Collins; brother, Raymond (Jean) Seigler; sisters, Martha (John) Anderson, Mary Ann (Olin) Sizemore, Alice (Emorly) Whitlock and Lois (Noland) Hardeman; sister-in-law, Betty Seigler; grandchildren, Reine (Matt) Lee, Noah (Hannah) Collins, Jeana (Jonathan) Preston and Callie Collins; great grandchildren, Emma Lee, Levi Collins, Ashlyn Lee, Jacob Collins, Jonah Collins, Joel Preston, Samuel Collins, Olivia Collins, Collins Lee and Jayden Preston, many loving nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Williamson and Sons Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 15, 2014 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. with a service following at 3:00 p.m. at Posey Funeral Home in North Augusta, South Carolina. Her brother-in-law, Rev. John Anderson, will officiate the service.
Burial will follow the service at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Augusta, Georgia.
Arrangements are by Williamson and Sons Funeral Home, 8852 Dayton Pike, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379.
