Paul Mr. Obituary

Mr. Royal Paul Lowe entered into eternal rest on Wednesday February 18, 2026 at his home, surrounded by his family.

Born to the late Woodrow Lowe and Ruby Lowe Cobb, he was also proceeded in death by his siblings and their spouses Donald (Mary) Lowe, Betty (Hansen) Josey, Shirley (Billy) Smith, Blanche (Samuel) Toole, Brenda Lowe.

Royal is survived by his companion Stella Scalf of 9 years, which he called his "Boo", Step-Daughter Karen (Miguel) Moreno, step-grandchildren Miguel, Jose, Kristina and Joseph and step-son Randy Scalf Jr. and daughter Kassie. His three daughters Brenda, Christy, Rose and 18 grand kids.

He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews.

Royal was an HVAC technician by trade and knew his work. He even owned his own truck "Ice Cold Heating and Air" for years before retiring. He loved going fishing, watching nascar racing -Dale Earnhardt was his favorite. He loved listening to country music especially the old classics.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was the last surviving sibling and is now gone to join them.

The family will greet friends on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 from 4 until 6 o'clock at Hatcher Funeral Home, 3464 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Graniteville, South Carolina, with a Celebration of Life service beginning at 6 o'clock in the chapel of the funeral home. Chaplain Mark Hudson will officiate.
