Frankie Parish Obituary

Mrs. Frankie C. Parish, 78, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, while surrounded by the love and comfort of her family at her daughter's home. She was the devoted wife of the late Mr. John Michael Parish, Sr.

Born in Augusta to the late Gerard Chandler and Frankie Muns Fowke, Mrs. Frankie lived a life marked by resilience, steadfast faith, and quiet strength. She faced life's challenges with determination and grace, expressing her love in her own unique and meaningful ways. She found deep joy in life's simple pleasures - tending to her garden, caring for animals, and spending peaceful moments outdoors. Above all, she treasured her family and the time they shared together.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her infant son, John Michael Parish, Jr.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory include her children, Georgie Kramer (Johnny), Jack Cook, Natalie Futral (Josh), and David Parish; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren, all of whom were blessed by her enduring love.

A graveside service will be held at First Baptist Church of Beech Island Cemetery on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., with Rev. Craig Williams officiating. Mrs. Parish will be laid to rest beside her beloved baby, John Michael Parish, Jr.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated staff, nurses, and physicians of Gentiva Hospice for the compassionate care and support shown during her final days.

Though she spoke softly, her life spoke volumes. Now, she rests gently in God's loving care.
