Dear Marilyn and all your family,
I just wanted you to know that I was thinking of you at this time. Due to family circumstances with the grandchildren, I was unable to attend the services. I think of you and all your family often when I recall my days at Aiken Regional Medical Center as a nurse on Pediatrics and Dr. McManus' office. Those were times I shall never forget. I always thought that God had matched the two of you up as parents to those 4 wonderful boys. I shall continue to pray for you. Please know that I shall keep these memories all of my days.

Olin's laugh was wonderful. Though we did not see Olin often, we always enjoyed each time we were able to be with him. He will be missed. We have prayed for Olin's health for a long time and we remembered you, Marilyn, and the family today in our prayers at the time of Olin's funeral today. May the Lord be close to you at this time. Love, Mel & Bonnie

Sweet,sweet Marilyn,
I can just see you comforting and meeting the needs of everyone else. I wish I were there to give you big hugs. For right now I send my love and strong prayers that God will strengthen you, and embrace you with His peace. This world will never be the same without Olin's witty words, and caring for everyone else's worries. What a wonderful man you had for a husband and father to the boys. He had a powerful influence on Brian, thank you for that!! Thank you for sharing your wonderful family with our family during a very important time in our lives. Love you so, Bonnie

When I came to the country to visit my "country cousins" Olin always made it an adventure for me. He was a super guy with a great laugh and wit. He will be missed by his family and community.
