Parents: the late Loy Webb Fillmon and Louise Fillmon.
Children: Loy Wayne Filmon, Jeffery Glenn Filmon; 5 grandchildren, 12 greatgrandchildren;
Sibling: John W. Filmon.

It was an absolute honor and a pleasure to work with Loy in the 80´s and 90´s in H-Canyon. One of Loy´s responsibilities was managing the overtime for the operators and Mr. Loy always took care of me real good. He was always a pleasure to talk to because he was such a good man and always told me great stories about his life and his years working at SRS. I have lot´s of fond memories of working with Loy through the years. May God bless him and keep him.
