Gerald Oneal Rawls Obituary
Mr. Gerald is the loving husband of 47 years to Mrs. Jacquelynn "Jacque" West Rawls. He is the father of Gregory "Greg" Oneal Rawls, Geoffrey "Geoff" (Andi Hoover) Otis Rawls, Elisabeth "Elisa" (Donald) Rawls Rish. Mr. Gerald is the proud Papa of six grandchildren: Brianna Kirkland, Ashlyn Rawls, Brenna Kirkland, LeAnn Rawls, Dylan Rawls, and Rylee Anna Rawls. Mr. Gerald is the son of the late Oneal Oscar Rawls and the late Hazel Deloris Corbett Rawls. He is the brother of Patricia Rawls, Dean Rawls, Jean Rawls, and Don Rawls. He is the uncle of Neal Chaffins and Logan (David) Barnett. He is the nephew of his special Uncle Scott (Cheryl) Corbett.
Mr. Gerald deeply loved his family, especially his grandchildren, He enjoyed being outdoors, riding his golf cart, four-wheeler, and tractor. He loved his animals. Mr. Gerald was an employee of DAK America for 25 years and considered his work buddies family. Mr. Gerald will be forever loved and missed.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mr. Gerald's honor to Berlin Baptist Church Senior Fund at P.O. Box 190 Wagener, SC 29164.
Visitation will be 6-8 pm on Tuesday January 19, 2021 at the chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home and Cremation Services. A Graveside service will be 4 pm on Wednesday January 20, 2021 at Berlin Baptist Church Cemetery.
