Eddie Settles Obituary
Trenton - Mrs. Eddie Mae Settles, age 74, wife of James Settles Sr., of 3069 Edgefield Hwy, entered into eternal rest on Sunday August 14, 2022 at AU Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 12 PM Saturday August 20, 2022 at Springfield Baptist Church, (Viewing 11-12 PM) 2411 US HWY 25, Edgefield, SC. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
Eddie Mae leaves to cherish many memories; her devoted husband of 55 years; seven children, Valerie Perry (William Sr.), Arlene Griffin (Ray), Darlene Jacobs (Jerry), Bernice Jenkins (Kenneth Sr.), Jamie Settles (Shari), Alisha Settles, and Audrey Settles (Victor); fifteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren; siblings, Louise Kemp Settles and Holloway Kemp, Jr.; four sisters-in-law, Floia Kemp, Annie Ruth Johnson, Jeanette Jones, and Lula Bell Johnson; two brothers-in-law, Warren Settles and Dea. January Pope, Sr.; god-daughter, Linda Lashern Thomas; many other relatives and loving friends. Friends may call the residence or JACKSON-BROOKS FUNERAL HOME, 126 Fairfield St SE, 803-649-6123, Friday from 6-8 PM.
