Uncle Dan, I still expect you to pick up the phone when I call Grandma. Waiting for that witty remark or joke that followed. Words can't express how much I miss you, how much my kids miss you. I wish you got to meet my youngest son, Easton. He has a sparkle in his eye that reminds me of you and Grandpa, always up to something that will surely bring a laugh. My twin grandsons will miss out on meeting a legend in our own family! I love you and thank you for teaching me if I couldn't laugh at myself, you would surely do it for me. Rest easy big guy, uncle we meet again.

I was saddened to hear of Danny's passing. We grew up in same church of Christ church where our families all worshipped together. We also graduated from Antioch High School same year of 1965. He was always such a good and kind person. My thoughts and prayers and condolences are for all the family.

I miss our talks, games, and especially phone calls. I thank God we had the time to get to know and appreciate each other in these last years. Yellow roses will hold a special place in my heart - you know what I mean. I love you and miss you so much!

Uncle Dan,
I miss you so much. I will never forget all the fun you brought to us growing up and that mischevious laugh you had. I hate the thought of not having you around anymore, but I'm so thankful the Lord has taken your pain away. I will always remember you and keep you in my heart. I love you.
