To The Family & Friends Of Mr. Brandon Simpkins:
I just wanted to emphasize something that I'm positive you already know - Brandon was a really great man and an awesome friend. I was having a really rough time with life in general, and he took the time to message me and make sure that I was okay. He offered me encouragement regarding my career choice, helped strengthen my desire to go back to school, and restored my faith in my personal abilities.. Sometimes we don't think about how much a kind word can change someone else's life for the better. Knowing that he believed in me when not many others did brought back my smile and my ambition.. Now, when I need a boost I recall him saying, "Stay in the fight." "Freedom will come." These words are my affirmation and keep me going.. I pray that you all find peace and comfort in these trying times. Please don't allow the pain to overcome you.. Stay in the fight.. Brandon is now free.. An angel watching over you all.. Best wishes. Sending my love.. God bless <3
