Ann Foster
AIKEN - Mrs. Rebecca Ann Kerr Foster, age 90, widow of John Henry Foster, Sr., passed away Saturday, October 22, 2022 at the Anchor Post Acute Care in Aiken.
Mrs. Foster was born in Jonesville, January 1, 1932, a daughter of the late Charles Lofton Kerr and Florence Roland Kerr. She was a graduate of Jonesville High School and was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses in Aiken.
Surviving are a daughter, Iris Frady and husband Mitch of Shelby, NC; a son, John H. Foster, Jr. and wife Sharon of Aiken; a brother, Rick Kerr of Jonesville; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Mrs. Foster was predeceased by two sisters, Sibby Kerr and Julia Garner and two brothers, Bill Kerr and Frank Kerr.
The family wishes to say a special Thank You to the nurses and staff of Anchor Post Acute Care, Kindred Hospice and caregivers, Bonnie Wilson and Ginger Kearse for their care and compassion shown to Mrs. Foster and her family.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, October 29, 2022 at New Hope United Methodist Church Cemetery conducted by Rev. Scott Whitney.
The family will receive friends at the graveside immediately following the service.
Memorials may be made to New Hope United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, PO Box 787, Jonesville, SC 29353.
