Ann Cogburn Obituary
Ms. Cogburn is predeceased by her parents Mr. and Mrs. Harry V. Cogburn of Ridge Spring; her brothers, Earle Mc Rae Cogburn and Harry Cogburn Jr., and Harry's wife Eleanor. Ann is survived by her nephew, Robert V. Cogburn of Spring Branch, Texas and her brother Earle's children, Ginger Burnett and Greg Cogburn.
Ann Cogburn will be interred with military honors at Fort Sam Houston Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas.

I JUST READ ABOUT ANN!! I HAD TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO TRACK HER DOWN B/C OF CLASS REUNIONS ETC. BUT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL.AT ONE TIME, I HAD TALKED TO ONE OF THE BROTHERS YEARS AGO. I DO NOT REMEMBER IF IT WAS HARRY OR EARL, BUT HE WAS LIVING IN S.C. AT THE TIME.
I ALSO TALKED TO ANN AFTER SHE WAS IN TEXAS.
I WENT TO NURSING SCHOOL (COLUMBIA HOSPITAL SCHOOL OF NURSING,CLASS OF 1963)WITH ANN IN COLUMBIA, S.C.
SHE WAS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL, SMART, SWEET, NICE & KIND PERSON, AS WELL AS A WONDERFUL NURSE!!!!!!!!

I am sad to have just discovered Ann's obituary. I am a cousin in SC and recall visiting her family in Ridge Spring when we were children close in age. I am also a Vietnam veteran and appreciate her service. I have been involved in family research and had hoped to locate and make contact with her. My condolences to her family members who remain. 14 Apr. 2021
