Sandra Fasulka Obituary

YARDVILLE
Sandra Y. Fasulka (Sandee) passed away after a long battle of Alzheimer's surrounded by her loving family on Friday September 20, 2024. Sandee was born on July 18, 1940, in Trenton, NJ, and lived most of her life in Yardville. She was a graduate of Cathedral High School. After high school she worked in the banking industry for over 40 years.

Sandee was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother who was the most kind and sweetest person to know. She loved spending time at her home away from home in LBI. Sandee enjoyed NASCAR and going to the races and cheering for Kevin Harvick as well as going to the local stock car races. She was an avid Philadelphia sports fan. Served as a Vice President of the German- American Club Ladies Auxiliary for over 20 years. She travelled with her husband Jim to many different destinations over the years. Her greatest joy was her granddaughter, Larissa. She enjoyed watching her sporting events. Sandee (wife, mother, grandmother, sister) will remain in our hearts forever.

Predeceased by her parents Alexander and Catherine (Swirk) Kurti, Sandee is survived by her husband James Fasulka the love of her life of 62 years who cared for her at home during her illness; sister Dianne Greenemeir of Whiting, NJ; brother Ernest Kurti of Wrightstown, NJ; her loving daughters Kimberlee (Fasulka) Nash and husband Derek of Isle of Palm, SC; Leanne Fasulka, of Robbinsville, NJ; her boyfriend Robert Ford of Manahawkin, NJ; and Kerry Fasulka of Yardville, NJ; one granddaughter; Larissa Nash and fiancé Dominic Borelli; a niece and 2 nephews' and several cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00am Thursday September 26th at St. Vincent DePaul Church, 555 Yardville Allentown Road, Yardville, NJ.
Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Bordentown.
Relatives and friends may call Thursday morning 9:00 to 10:30am at Knott's Colonial Funeral Home, 2946 South Broad St. Hamilton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made is Sandra Fasulka's name to the Alzheimer's Association Greater NJ Chapter (alz.org), 23 Vreeland Road, Suite 105, Florham Park, NJ 07932; or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org) or PO Box 1999, Memphis, TN 38101.

Mr Fasulka, Kim, Leanne and Kerry - We're all so sorry for the loss of your mother. She was always the kindest person and helped make our neighborhood such a warm, happy and welcoming place to live. She will be missed, but always warmly remembered. My condolences.
