I was blessed to know Connie through a local caligraphy group before the Kentuckiana Caligraphers Gild. Prayers for Connie and her family.

I was one of Connie's nephews, her husband being my mother's brother. Having known her (not well, mind you) before she married, I always was comfortable with her and with my "Unkle" Stu, her husband. Both of them were special to me, and their children, my cousins, are, and always have and will be special to me, too. I look forward to the day when we all will be able to get together again.

I was in Connie's 4th grade class. This was her first teaching assignment at Middle Road School in 1961. To this day, I remember her opening the rear-hood, of her VW beetle, and explaining the engine mechanics to me.

Kim and I extend our deepest sympathy to Amy, Mark, and John and the four grands Will, Kyle, David, and Sarah in your loss. We remember her as the vivacious southern belle persona masking the fun-loving, fearless cousin.
Connie and Glenda engaged in feather pillow fights at grandma's. We exchanged formals and cocktail dresses in college years doubling our wardrobes. Connie blessed you with her creative and entrepreneurial spirit.
With love and prayers,
