Anna Caudle Obituary
AIKEN - Mrs. Anna Marie Smith Caudle, 74, of Aiken, SC, wife of fifty-four years to the late Robert L. "Bob" Caudle and mother of William George "Bill" Caudle, Malisa Caudle Carlton and Davey Lee Caudle, entered into rest on Tuesday, October 17, 2017.
Born in and a lifelong resident of Aiken County, SC, she was a daughter of the late George Smith and the late Juanita Weathersbee Smith Graessle and step-daughter of the late Al Graessle. A retired Cake Decorator, she had worked for the Tasty Pastry Bakery and Evie's Cake Shop. She enjoyed camping, traveling, flower gardening, cooking and riding with Bob on the Harley.
In addition to her husband, parents and children, family members include her grandchildren, Joshua Carlton and his wife Morgan, Elona Eckenrode and the late Misty Brady and great-grands, Erica Smith and Georgia Carlton.
Friends will be greeted by the family on Saturday, October 21, 2017, from 6 until 8 o'clock at Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 3464 Jefferson Davis Hwy., Graniteville, SC. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, October 22, 2017, at 2 o'clock at the New Life Church of the Nazarene, 407 Jewel St., NW New Ellenton, SC 29809. Pastor Kevin Sprague will officiate. Interment will follow in Langley Cemetery, Langley, SC.
It has been requested that memorials be made to the SPCA Albrecht Center. (www.letlovelive.org)
