Richard is survived by his beloved daughter, Tracy Johnson, and his son, Richard Michael Lee Foerster. His parents, James Emerson Foerster, III and Shirley Sutherland and a brother, James Emerson Foerster, IIII pre-deceased him, holding a special place in his heart and memories.
