Funeral services will be conducted at 1 o'clock pm, Friday, July 19th, at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View on Friday, July 19th, with Bro. Randy Riggs officiating.
Burial will follow in Good Springs Cemetery with Mason Nicholson, Trevor Nicholson, Wesley Nicholson, Dustin Nicholson, Richie Nicholson, and Ray Thomas serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, July 19th, beginning at 10:00AM until the hour of service at 1:00PM.
Marty was born on December 4, 1964 in Springfield, Tennessee to Rachel Rountree Nicholson, and the late Willie Howard "Wimp" Nicholson. He was a retired tobacco farmer; and loved the outdoors spending time hunting, fishing, and gardening. He was a Christian. Marty never met a stranger and was "one of a kind".
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by a brother, Ricky Nicholson.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by sons, Mason (Kenzie) Nicholson, and Trevor Nicholson; brother, Steve (Brenda) Nicholson; sister, Judy Lynn Pittman; and numerous nieces & nephews.
