Marilyn Allen Obituary
Marilyn was preceded in death by her father, Harry Schmidt; mother, Marguerite Ernst; brother, Hank Schmidt; and niece, Carrie Agren.
Survivors include her spouse, Richard Allen; stepsons. Richard (Sheri) Allen Jr, and Ronald (Christy) Allen; sister, Tina Kuehnast, brother, Steve (Mary Lou) Schmidt; and Marty (Beth) Ernst; and Spouse of Hank (Mary Jane), and a host of nieces and nephews.
Marilyn was a nurse for over 30 years, dedicating her life to the care of others and their needs. She loved her dogs and the joy they brought to her life; she loved woodworking, picture framing, golfing, and sewing. She lived a full and wonderful life with her husband, Rick of 31 years. She was a great friend to many and will be missed by all.
Rosary will be 1:30 PM at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church.
A celebration of Marilyn's life will be at 2:00 PM Saturday at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church with Father Bill Elser and Father George Sanders officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
