Funeral services will be conducted at 12 o'clock noon on Tuesday, August 13th, at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View with Pastor Joe Jolly officiating.
Burial will follow in the Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Clarksville with family & friends serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, August 12th from 4:00-8:00PM, and again on Tuesday beginning at 10:00AM until the hour of service at 12:00PM.
Mrs. Smith was born on April 26, 1944, in Michigan to the late Rose Greer. She previously worked as a greeter at Sam's Club and enjoyed going on cruises and baking. She loved her family and her pets and was a member of Pleasant View Community Church.
In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Smith; daughter and son-in-law, Lucinda & Bill Osborn; and brother, Paul Greer.
She is survived by her son, Phillip (Kathy) Smith; and grandchildren, Caitlin Smith, Daniel Lovell, Matthew Thompson, Christopher Farley (Heaven), Jeremy Meadows (Angie), and Nathan Farley.
