Gary Armstrong Obituary

Gary Michael Armstrong, age 70, of Tecumseh, Michigan, passed away Sunday, March 22, 2026, at his home. Gary was born in Adrian, Michigan to Walter and Nevie. He graduated from Britton High School. He went on to become a Machinist and worked in that field for many years. After he retired he continued to work for Kapnicks Orchard at various farmers markets. He enjoyed both his work life and his home life. He loved his family, hunting and fishing, Nascar, football and cooking. He was often found tinkering in the barn. He looked forward to weekly Sunday get-togethers with family dinners surrounded by his children and grand-children. Gary is survived by his wife Colleen, and his two daughters, Anissa (Jason) Sutherland and Amanda (Bob) Swaney, his mother, Nevie Korte, his siblings Doug (Pat) Armstrong, Sally Abshire, Mary (Jon) Hadley, Patty (Terry) Benedict, Walt (Amy) Armstrong, John (Angela) Armstrong, his grandchildren Isaiah, Ezekiel, Miah, Malachi, and Azariah, along with other numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Armstrong and step father Roger Korte. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Information to follow.
