Christopher Marks Obituary

Christopher Marks passed away at Morristown Medical Center on Monday, August 11th after a short illness; he was 48 years old.
Christopher was a long-time resident of Parsippany where he lived for 43 years before moving to Morris Plains 5 years ago. Chris was an exceptional guitar player and played in several bands in his youth. Chris had a profound passion for music that he carried with him throughout his life. Strumming his guitar each day brought him immense joy.
Professionally, Chris was a valued member of Fast Roofing and Gutters. He also enjoyed jamming with his friends and tinkering with cars in his spare time. Those who knew Chris would undoubtedly describe him as a great guy who always had something interesting to talk about. His presence will be deeply missed by all.
Chris is predeceased by his loving parents, Corinne (Hill) and Vincent. He is survived by his siblings, including his brother Vincent and wife Ann, brother Kevin and wife Beth, and his sister, Dorothy Williams and husband Sean. Chris also leaves behind his cherished nieces and nephews: Taylor, Kyle, and Haylee Marks, as well as Alexandra, Sean, and Ryan Williams.
In accordance with his wishes, Chris was cremated, and a private service will be held to honor his memory.
