Charlotte Leque, age 96, a Kiel resident, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of September 18, 2025, at Ascension Calumet Hospital in Chilton.

She was born April 25, 1929, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, daughter of the late Alfred and Irma (Bischoff) Schultz. Charlotte grew up and attended schools in Milwaukee. She married Emil Leque on April 19, 1952, and together they raised one son, Scott Leque. Emil preceded her in death on January 26, 1997. Charlotte was an avid sports fan, especially the Brewers and the Green Bay Packers. She loved getting the family together to grill burgers, brats and corn on the cob. In her younger years, she enjoyed going out dancing with Emil.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Alfred and Irma Schultz; husband: Emil Leque; and her siblings.
