It is with great sadness the family of Aimee Lynn Rogers announce the passing of Aimee, age 47, June 25, 2025, in Anchorage, AK, after a lengthy illness. Born April 2, 1978, in Peoria, Illinois, to Marc Rogers (deceased) and Khristy Rogers. Aimee moved with her parents to Alaska in 1983 and has lived here ever since. Aimee earned a BA from The University of Alaska. She spent 16 years with Nordstrom in Alaska, Massachusetts, and Seattle, WA, working as a buyer for Handbags among other roles. Most recently, Aimee was an Apprentice Tattoo Artist at UIB Tattoos and Permanent Makeup. Aimee loved the outdoors, enjoying camping and hiking with friends. She also had a passion for travel, exploring places like Thailand, various destinations in Mexico, and throughout the United States. Aimee was known for her kind and giving heart. Aimee was a wonderful daughter and loving mother to her sons and stepdaughter. Aimee is survived by her sons, Julian, Hayden, and Adrian Almond, and stepdaughter Lanina Almond; her mother Khristy Herrington and stepfather Mark Herrington; stepmother Jeanette Rogers and her brothers Joe Nathan, Austen, sisters Ayla and Sara, and stepbrother Wolfen Mantor; and many aunts, uncles, extended family, and beloved friends. Aimee was preceded in death by her father, Marc Rogers, and her grandparents Leonard and Joan Rogers, Al and Joan Schroeder, and Glenn and Jean Stephenson.
