William Gray Obituary
Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Kent Gray and brothers, Lewis Gray and Danny Gray.
William loved to rock on the front porch and smoke cigarettes. One thing he hated was wearing socks, but loved a heavily starched shirt. He enjoyed watching sports and Home Improvement. His favorite food was a fish dinner from Maryland Fried Chicken and hard tacos with a pepsi. Most of all he loved spending time with family and friends, especially his grandchild, Peyton, who was Heaven sent to him.
Mr. Gray is survived by his children, Bradley Gray (Tena), Bryce Gray (Faith) and Candice Gray; siblings, Charles Gray (Dianne), Jimmy Gray (Marie), Lonnie Gray (Tammy), Johnny Joye (Valerie), Peggy Dura (Jim), Virginia Cebreiros (Ben), Debra Johnson (Mert) and Lib Brumbles (Frank); grandchildren, Lyndsey, Harleigh, Austen, Kenley, Peyton and Keira Gray, Michael Bennett, Madison Bennett, Kristena Skipper Young (Jacob), and Travis Skipper (Delana); great grandchildren, Waylon Shelley, Olivia Gray, Carter Skipper and Willow Grace who is on the way and many other family and friends who will miss him.
A Funeral Service will be held 3pm, Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at Watson Funeral Services Chapel.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
