Terry Smith Obituary

Terry Douglas Smith Sr., 58, passed away July 16, 2025 at Briston Regional Medical Center in Bristol, TN. He was born January 7, 1967 in Conway, a son of Barbara Pack Smith and the late Douglas Richard Smith. He was also predeceased by his brother, Larry Smith. Terry was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and horseback riding. Driving trucks most of his life, he loved the time he was able to spend time on his farm raising cows and horses, along with spending time with his family. He will be remembered as a loving and devoted husband, son, father, grandfather and friend. Terry never met a stranger. In addition to his mother, Terry is survived by his wife of thirteen years, Kelly Phillips Smith; children, Terry Douglas Smith Jr., Richard "Little Richard" Smith and Amber Pullum (Michael); grandchildren, Candence Novarae Pullum and Hayden Kaelea Pullum; nieces, Ashley Smith (Keddie), Taylor Dorman (Hunter) and Paula Clardy (Russell), along with many other family and friends who will miss him. A Graveside Service will be 10:30 am, Saturday, July 19, 2025 at Westside Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Pastor Kevin Johnson officiating.
