Peyton Mason Obituary
Peyton was born December 13, 1951 in Boston MA., son of Harold Russell and Cary Gravatt Mason. Peyton earned his PhD in Sociology and had a long career in Market Research, first working for Fortune 500 companies and later establishing his own Market Research company. Peyton was an avid cyclist, loved reading, fishing, camping, and especially travel.
Peyton is survived by his wife: Tana Wolfe-Mason; children: Kara Mason and Trent Mason; grandchild: Owen; and his sister Junia Mason.
Memorial Services will be held 11:00am Thursday May 21, 2026 at Myrtle Beach Funeral Home, 4505 Hwy 17 Bypass South, Myrtle Beach SC. 29577
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to South Carolina State Parks via the Beautiful Places Alliance, habitat of Humanity, or St. Judes Children's Hospital.
