Michael Raymo Obituary

Michael Vern Raymo, age 61, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, formerly of Syracuse, New York, passed away on April 4, 2026.

Born on December 15, 1964, in Syracuse, New York, Michael was the son of the late Wayne Raymo and Genevieve Wojcik. He later moved to Myrtle Beach in 1996, where he founded Expert Tile, a flooring business that he owned and operated successfully for 20 years. Michael took great pride in his work and the relationships he built with customers and friends throughout the community.

Michael enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, and he cherished time with his friends, family, and pets. He was known for his hardworking nature, loyalty, and love for those close to him.

He is survived by his former wife, Connie Raymo; his three sons, Michael (Kayla Kyles), Daniel, and Robert (Jerra); and his four beloved grandchildren, Wyatt, Willow, Ruxin, and Wilder. He is also survived by his two sisters, Kim Monroe (Raymond) and Kelley Barry (Joseph); several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and his faithful dog, Jake.

Service will be held privately for the family

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Agape Hospice in Michael's memory.
