Michael Lewis Obituary

Michael Dwayne Lewis, 58, died Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center. He was born November 11, 1966 in Horry County, a son of Bobby Jack and Linda Ann Suggs Lewis. Mike was an avid outdoorsman. He loved hunting and fishing, watching the race, and spending time with family and friends. He had a love for cooking, having a nice garden and sharing it with friends. He loved his job at RH Moore and his RH Moore family. He was a very loyal and dedicated man to many people, including his family, friends, and even those who he didn't know. He was always willing to pitch in and give a helping hand, he went above and beyond the call of duty when he could, with the patience of Job. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Thank God for the time we had him on this precious earth, he will never be forgotten. In addition to his parents' Mike is survived by his son, PJ Justin Lewis along with his wife, Kari Anne Luckett Lewis and his grandson, Jack Garland Lewis; his daughter, Jessica Maria Lewis; Sisters, Cammie Lewis Keller and Terry Lewis Green and her husband Chad; a special companion, Michelle McDowell, who brought much love and joy into his life, and many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 3:00 pm, Friday August 1, 2025 at Watson Funeral Services Chapel. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
