Marsha Wilson Obituary

Marsha Elaine Wilson, 73, of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, passed away at her home Friday August 1, 2025. Marsha was born June 24, 1952, in Charlotte, North Carolina to the late John Lee (Jay Lee) and Florence Virginia (Stamey) Smith. Left behind to cherish Marsha's memory are her three children Tiffany Wilson, James (Nick) Starnes (Maryellen), and Amber Fields (Arthur), grandchildren Nicholas Starnes, Preston Starnes, James Trenton Wilson, Ashlyn Fields, and Austin Fields, her brother Wayne Smith (Imajean), her aunt Faye Poole, mother-in-law Ruby Rowe, sister-in-laws Nancy Phillips, and Mary Therrill. Along with her parents Marsha was preceded in death by her brother Ricky Smith. Marsha worked at Wal-Mart as a baker, she loved to bake, sing karaoke, play Bingo, and spend time at the beach. Marsha will be missed by her family and friends but will not be forgotten. Cremation Services Direct (843-651-1194) is assisting the family with the arrangements.
