Linda Boyd Obituary

Linda B. Boyd, 77, passed away on Friday August 29, 2025 at her home in Conway, South Carolina. She was born on March 30, 1948 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina to the late Cecil Clifton Brewer, Sr., & Ruth Miles Middleton Brewer. Along with her parents, Linda is reunited in passing with her husband of over 37 years, Mr. Jack Boyd; and her brother, C.C Brewer. Linda was a teacher and media specialist for 30 years. In her free time, Linda enjoyed watching football and reading. She was an avid Gamecocks fan and loved to cheer them on! She was a proud member of the South Carolina Gamecock Club and a member of Bethea United Methodist Church. Left to cherish Linda's memory are her daughter, Stacey B. Gerald and her husband, Mitchell of Conway, SC; grandchildren, Hunter Gerald and his wife, Sara & Shelby Gardiner and her husband, Zak; great-granddaughter, Sloan Gerald; brother, Johnny Brewer of Tampa, FL; as well as many supportive friends and neighbors. A Celebration of Linda's life will be held privately.
