James Piasecki Obituary

James Michael Piasecki, age 76, passed away, May 22, 2025 at his residence. James was born November 17, 1948 in Elmira, New York, a son of Stephen Leo and Helen Marie Mooha Piasecki. James loved bowling, playing golf, trivia, and watching his New York Yankees play baseball. James will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather who had a great sense of humor. James moved to Myrtle Beach sixteen years ago so he could be close to his children and especially his grandchildren. James served his country in The United States Army. Surviving are his wife: Mary Jo Piasecki; children: Jennifer Washko (Shane), Matthew Piasecki (Jamie), and Jeffery Piasecki (Jennifer); four grandchildren: Mckenzie, Tristan, Logan, and Jameson; one brother: Joseph Piasecki (Ellen). The family will receive friends from 4:00pm till 7:00pm Friday, June 6, 2025, at Myrtle Beach Funeral Home, 4505 Hwy 17 Bypass South, Myrtle Beach, SC. 29577. In lieu of flowers the family ask that memorials be made to the American Heart Association, PO Box 840692, Dallas, TX. 75284-0692.
