Gerald LaRoche Obituary

Gerald LaRoche passed away unexpectedly and peacefully, surrounded by his loving wife and children on Saturday, September 20, 2025. He left this earth with the same sense of calm and grace that he brought to all who knew him. An avid New England/Boston sports fan and talented do-it-yourselfer, his legacy will carry on in those he shared his knowledge & skills with. He could always be found playing cards, joking, and puttering around, wearing any kind of silly glasses, hats, or wigs, never skipping dessert, and always loving his family fiercely. He will be so deeply missed. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in memory of his stepson, Michael Gould, or via this link: https://afspwalks.donordrive.com/participants/3278490?language=en&referrer=mf%3A3278490%3Ayou-copy A celebration of life will be held Friday, October 17, 2025, from 11am to 1pm at Lewis Crematory Chapel in Myrtle Beach, SC. Mr. LaRoche is entrusted to Kelvin F. Lewis, the funeral director, and the Lewis Crematory & Funeral Home staff of Myrtle Beach, SC. (843) 294-0011. Flowers may be purchased from [email protected].
